At Vintage Culture, we want you to love your timeless finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that due to the unique nature of vintage apparel, items must retain all original tags and show no signs of modern wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Vintage Culture authentication tag remains attached and intact.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the garment's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
